First experience of baking a cake alone
On 21.Feb.2014, I got my first experience of baking a cake alone. I baked a surprise cake for mama and papa’s tenth wedding anniversary. I baked a brownie cake for the occasion. I followed the recipe from a cookbook by Nita Mehta named ‘Cakes and Cookies’. It was very yummy and was loaded with a double dose of chocolate sauce. It was an amazing experience for me. Mama and papa appreciated the cake and told me it was the best cake ever.
